2. Refund is applicable only on your first paid package at JobNukkad. If our system detects that you have taken a second package in the name of a family member to defraud the system, refund will not be applicable.
3. Applicable on selective packages as given in their description.
4. Refund should be claimed within 15 days from the date of purchase.
5. You are not eligible for a refund if a maid joins at your place.
6. If you have taken a refund once, you are not allowed to take another paid package on the portal in the future.
7. Refund is valid only for end-users. Not applicable for maid agencies.
