2. Refund is applicable only on your first paid package at JobNukkad. If our system detects that you have taken a second package in the name of a family member to defraud the system, refund will not be applicable.
Reason for this policy: On our portal, customers get the advantage of ultra-cheap hiring but it is a ‘Do it yourself’ model and we do not work like an agency. However, since it is a new concept, we want users to try it out with the confidence that they can get a refund if they do not like the concept. But, if a customer is coming back to the portal, it is because they liked the portal the first time they tried it. And hence, we do not offer refund in such cases.
3. Refund should be claimed within 7 days from the date of purchase.
4. You are not eligible for a refund if a maid joins at your place.
5. If you have taken a refund once, you are not allowed to take another paid package on the portal in the future.
6. Refund is valid only for end-users. Not applicable for maid agencies.
