Are you wondering why maids on our portal are not pre-verified? We are an online platform that connects maids with employers. It is upto the discretion of the maid and the employer whether they want to work together. We have hundreds of maids registered with the Portal in every micro-location of Mumbai. Not all of them will get hired through us. Therefore, it does not make financial sense to pre-verify them.
This is the same case with offline agencies. All the agencies write in their agreement that it is not the Agency’s responsibility to do a background check on the placed maid. Most of them do not even assist you to get the verification done after you hire.
