5. What if I pay and then find out that there are no suitable maids on the portal?

A : You can check the profiles of the maids before buying a package. We have displayed complete profiles of the maids with a lot of deep information such as Vegetarian/Non Vegetarian, the age range of babies handled by them, types of patients handled by them, languages spoken etc. Even if you are unable to utilise all the unlock counts available in your package, the packages have a lifetime validity and you can come back anytime to utilise the rest of the package.

6. If I am able to hire before even exhausting all the contacts available in the package, will I be able to use the unused credits later?

A : Yes, the packages have a lifetime validity and you can utilise the rest of the package anytime.

7. Does your team provide assistance if I am facing any difficulties?
