Working knowledge of applicable customer contact systems (e.g. phone, email, and web) and MS Office Suite including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Process Improvement knowledge/analytical skills preferred Team-oriented, Self-motivated, Performance-oriented, People’s person Excellent communication skills Creative & Innovative, so as to come up with new ideas and initiatives on the floor Qualification: HSC/Graduation/ Post Graduation Experience: At least 12 months or above.
