Listing new database in Excel Sheets as and when given as per suggested segregations by Sales Head and management ? Short-listing and handing over of data to Sales team members as per location and project requirement as discussed with Sales Manager / Sales Head ? Regularly updated list of VP-VC-VD-Follow ups of all projects taken up by the Sales Team ? Facilitating mass SMS / Email posts for the projects selected under the guidance of senior Sales team ? Maintaining records of all Tele-Sales phones with their accessories (chargers, earphones, etc.) of the company assigned to Sales team ? Facilitating Gadget Deposition by Sales team members after use Page 2 of 3 II. Performance Management & Team Development ? Achieving regularly updated targets and maintaining all back-office related records assigned by the company ? Promote harmony and demonstrate performance orientation, positivity and fair play at work ?
