Job Description
The Membership Counselor is responsible for promoting and selling Memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current club Members. Promoting & selling club services to current club members. Duties : • Generating prospective customers for club. ( walk in or telephonic or referrals) • Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems • Conduct gym tours using established sales systems • Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems • Establish and tie-ups in the club locality community on a monthly basis • Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership • Making sales calls to all potential customers. (Enquiry, trials, renewals etc.)
